This fun full day workshop begins with exploring the basic paintstik techniques for applying color to fabric with the use of rubbings, stencils and masks. You will gain confidence to create shimmering landscapes as you learn simple techniques including masking, torn paper, freezer paper, and shading to depict clouds, hills, water, trees and rock formations. You don’t have to be an artist or have any painting experience to make you own painted fabric and beautiful art quilt landscapes with Shiva Oil Paintstiks. The results are fantastic!
