Please retain that email for your records and turn in your quilt following all directions on the Entry Instructions.

One shift of volunteer time will be needed for each entry in the show. (Hours for shifts vary.)
I authorize the Omaha Quilter’s Guild to use a photographic image of my quilt and the Entry Information as stated above as an identification of this quilt on their website or any public venue.
DISCLAIMER: In consideration of the right to participate, entrants release and discharge the Omaha Quilters Guild and all its members from all responsibility for any damage or loss that maybe suffered by their property.
The Show chairman reserves the right to move the item to a more appropriate judging category. The Judge reserves the right to disqualify any item not meeting published criteria. The decision of the judge is final.
