Omaha Quilters Guild provides its members with special events in addition to our regular meetings and workshops. Be sure to take advantage of our fall retreat “Camp WannamakeaBlankie.” A retreat is an opportunity to spend full days sewing and visiting with guild friends.

CampWannaMakeABlankie
We will gather at Celtic Quilter, 5080 S. 108th Street, October 16th -18th, 2025 for sewing, conversation and fun! This will be an all day retreat. No specific project is required. Just bring your projects or UFO’s and have uninterrupted sewing time.
Each camper will have one table for their work space in the classrooms. Ironing boards and irons will be provided. You may also bring any treats that you wish to share. Lunch will be on your own, so either bring your lunch or take advantage of the many nearby restaruants.
Time 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Thursday and Friday. 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday
